- For Bralette – Underbust: Measure around under the fullest part of the bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
- For Panty – Hip: Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest point of the hip, keep the tape parallel to the floor.
Return and Exchange Policy
Returns
If you would like to return an item, please email us at zhebykarynelizabeth@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item and await our instructions before proceeding.
All returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all of the original tags attached.
You must enclose proof of purchase, which is the receipt that was emailed to you when you placed your order. You are responsible for return shipping costs, taxes and duties incurred for returned items. We recommend you insure the item and use a trackable delivery service. We cannot accept liability for goods that are lost or damaged in transit back to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will determine eligibility for refund within 5 business days of receiving the item and notify you by email whether the refund has been approved. If approved, a credit will be applied according to your original method of payment minus a 5% restocking fee.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please email us at zhebykarynelizabeth@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item to request an exchange.
Please keep in mind that our garments are produced in small runs, using specialty fabrics available in limited quantities. We will confirm by email whether we have the stock available and whether the exchange has been authorized. Once you receive authorization, shipping information will be forwarded to you.

We will ship the new size to you at no cost one time only. For any additional exchanges for the same order, you will be responsible for reshipping costs. If we sent you the wrong size, we will cover the cost of shipping.

The sheerness of the bralette creates the perfect intriguing image balanced with a certain degree of modesty. It creates a very smooth silhouette which is perfect for wearing under t-shirts or other thin, body-conforming material. Since it is a bralette, it has no pesky underwire to poke you in the breastbone, yet it definitely has the support needed to keep you comfortably in place all day – or all night if you decide to wear the set as pajamas, which I have also done for a very comfortable night’s sleep. The shoulder straps remain in place all day and never slide off the shoulder. The band is the perfect width and never digs in. I think everyone will love this bralette and panty set!
